Refund & cancellation policy

The short version

If the product is broken, missing, or not as described, you get your money back. If you simply changed your mind after downloading, we cannot refund you — the files cannot be returned.

When we refund in full

• A file is corrupt or will not open.
• Part of the bundle is missing.
• The contents are materially different from what the product page described.
• You were charged but never received a download link.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

When we cannot

Once files have been downloaded, a change of mind is not grounds for a refund. This is standard for digital goods: the product cannot be returned and cannot be un-received.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact form with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours and decide within 3 working days.

How the money comes back

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the same method you paid with. Banks typically take 5 to 7 working days to show it, which is outside our control.

Cancellation

Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment. If you paid by mistake and have not downloaded anything, contact us straight away and we will refund you in full.
